AGB – General ISK Training GmbH Terms and Conditions
Enrolment
After you have signed the registration and contract form, you are enrolled to the course at the conditions which are mentioned on the form. By signing the form you recognize the validity of the GTC (General Terms and Conditions).
Payment Terms
If there is nothing else agreed upon, the full fee for the course is to be paid just after the contract has been signed.
Time of the Courses
One teaching session lasts 45 minutes. Appointments for the lessons can be cancelled or postponed at the minimum of up to 48 hours before the class should start. If this time has not been kept, there is not notice of claim possible.
The course has to be started within three months of the agreed starting date and has to be finished within one year after the 1st lesson.
Termination
Termination of the contract is impossible for an agreed time (according to § 627 BGB - The German Civil Code). The right on the instant dismissal reminds unaffected. Cancelling of a contract must be done in a written form.
Certificate of Participation
Every course participant can receive a participation certificate on request.
Data Security
All data collected for the purpose of enrolment will be handled with absolute care and confidentially. The customer has to agree to the electronic data collection within the ISK GmbH administration program.
Liability
ISK Training GmbH takes no responsibility for any objects left by the customer in the rooms of ISK Training GmbH nor in case of a damage of private objects brought to the company.
The customer takes part in excursions at his/her own risk. ISK Training GmbH takes no responsibility for any kind of damages, losses or harm, only if the damage had been caused by gross negligence or deliberately.
Court of Jurisdiction
For all legal disputes the court of jurisdiction is Hanover.
